Tina Z'Rotz lives and works in Basel. She is an apprenticed wood sculptor and worked several years as a sculptor for monuments before the began her study at the Hochschule für Gestaltung und Kunst in Basel. She graduated with a diploma in Art/Art in Media and works as a freelancer artist since 1994. She works in the field of sculpting, video and installation. Tina Z'Rotz has been part of installations and exhibitions on a regular basis in Switzerland as well as abroad. Her center of attention builds around three dimensional works using clay. Her main interest belongs to the traditional sculpting and the usage of it in contemporary arts.
